Pairs well with: The best pair is beef, which is how I am enjoying it now, but roast pork, lamb and some Thai spicy curries will make great pairs.
Notes:
Wow, wow, wow, this is a real big wine from an unknown winery in a non popular country, but wow!

So expect an incredible aromatic nose: violets, caramel, red and black fruits, and little leather.

On the palate it is gorgeous, great balance, rounded, decent length and an amazing complexity, especially considering is new world. Plumbs, hint of figs, red and black fruits, and yes lots of complexity.


The best pair is beef, which is how I am enjoying it now, but roast pork, lamb and some thai spicy curries will make great pairs.

This wine is a good example of new word wines which can be as good, if not better as the old world icons.

Although not on the cheap side, it is worth its value, as it is a fantastic wine to drink.
From the moment you smell this wine, you can start enjoying its complexity: spices, powder, tobacco, leather and even a hint of vanilla.

On the palate is great, full bodied and fantastic length, very complex, delicate while delivering a lot of fruit and structure.

Game, roasts, grills, mature cheeses.

Light yellow with a light green touch in colour and a rather soft aromatic nose bringing lots of lemons and lemongrass.
Soft and beautiful palate, bringing lemons and a hint of honey, with a decent length and next to no acidity. The Semillon addition partly kills the overpowering aromas of sauvignon blanc, making this a soft, easy to drink wine.
