Light yellow
with a light green touch in colour and a rather soft aromatic nose bringing
lots of lemons and lemongrass.
Soft and
beautiful palate, bringing lemons and a hint of honey, with a decent length and
next to no acidity. The Semillon addition partly kills the overpowering aromas
of sauvignon blanc, making this a soft, easy to drink wine.
