Notes:
This is probably the best white wine I have tried this year, what a beautiful thing! This is the great example that the new world can produce incredible wines, and this one has everything or virtually everything!

The great aromatic nose is intense and seductive, with lemons, toast, a hint of honey and lemongrass. Pale yellow with green tonalities sin colour, this wine is worth for the amazing nose alone.

On the palate this wine is fresh and aromatic, lemons, limes, ripe pineapples, and a final tingling hint of lemongrass and toast. Medium to long in length, it provides an elegant finish full of complexity.

Eden Valley, Australia

Wine: Eden Valley
Producer: Pewsey Vale
Region: A
Country: Australia
Colour: White
Year: 203
Grape: Riesling
Supplier: Wine Warehouse
Restaurant:
Price (VND): 460.000VND
Points: 71/100
Pairs well with: Crab soup, anchovies, oysters.
Notes:
Light gold, bright colour.

The nose is very clear and fresh, lemons, limes and flowers.

The palate is equally fresh, and don’t expect the sweetness of a traditional Riesling, as this is a magnificent extra dry wine.

Well balanced with right amount of acids, ideal to have with seafood.
