Dark red with purple tonality in colour.

The nose of this wine offers a mix of red fruits, cherries and strawberries with hints of tobacco, vanilla and leather.

On the palate, this wine is a bit too alcoholic with soft tones of red fruits, tannic and medium length.


Foodwise, you can enjoy this malbec with steaks, lamb casseroles and roast pork.

Notes:
Deep purple, almost opaque colour, rather thick and silky.

Dense nose bringing aromas of ripe plumbs, toast, vanilla and tobacco, with some hints of cumin and spices.
On the palate this wine is pure silk. Lots of dark fruits, mostly ripe plumbs, black berries and spices. Well balanced and sumptuous with a great creamy finish. A bit tannic but mostly unnoticeable and ideal if pairing with steaks.

Don’t get confused by this wine’s elegance as it is a proper full bodied wine.


Great match with beef steak, and grilled red meats.

Notes:
This thick purplish wine is one of my favorites to drink on its own.
The nose brings lots of red fruits and a hint of vanilla which replicated in the palate.
The palate brings lots of ripe red fruits, especially cherries, raspberries and strawberries with some vanilla.
This wine is silky and smooth, with decent length and very easy to drink.

The nose brings strawberries and raspberries with a touch of vanilla.
The palate is smooth, however leaves a light alcoholic aftertaste. Lots of red fruits, tobacco and tiny touch of vanilla

Notes:
Beautiful red colour with some violet highlights.
Lots of red fruits on the nose, with some toasted vanilla and a hint of tobacco. Alcohol can be sensed but is not matched on the palate.
The palate is amazing. Lots of berries and a hint of dark chocolate provide a silk feeling evolving on the back and roof of the mouth. A hint of tanning, but as very well rounded wine with more than a decent length.
This wine goes fantastic with hard cheeses andbeed steak. Paired with a good blue cheese is just incredible.
If you like full bodied wines, this is great to drink on its own, lots of fruit and complexity.
