Pairs well with: As for food, I can say that is an absolute perfect match with smoke salmon (which I am having it with as I write), also good to start a meal or as a pre-meal drink. Goes great with antipasti, salads, shellfish (not grilled) and white fish dishes.
Notes:
Beautifull salmoon colour.
On the nose this wine is lovely brining some scents of roses, strawberries and raspberries, soft and nice.

As for the palate it is fresh and dry. Really crisp and medium to long length, with well balanced hints of red fruits, citrus and herbs. Very nice and interesting.
