Notes:
This sixteen year old wine, has definitely been in oak for a long time, and the colour is a witness, brownish and vermillion, a goof proof of its age.

On the nose this wine is delicate and brings traditional Bordeaux quality wines aromas: cedar, spices and gunpowder.

On the palate is brilliant, plums, blackcurrant, with some tannins and small acidity (don’t keep it too long!).
Ideal match with roast chicken, beef steaks and grilled meats in general.
