Beautiful bright gold colour.

The nose is intense: apricots, mangoes and lychees, without being overwhelming.

The palate is elegant with a lightly bitter and alcoholic end. Ripe peaches and  mangos, with medium length, however a bit alcoholic at the end.

Ideal pair with smoked salmon, chicken casserole and grilled fish and seafood.

Tip: don’t serve too chilled.
