Tintoralba Sauvignon Blanc

Region: Tierra de Castila
Country: Spain
Colour: White
Year: 2011
Grape: Sauvignn Blanc, Verdejo
Supplier: Vino
Price (VND): 240.000 VND
Points: 89
Pairs well with: Smoked, salmon, pho ga, seafood and salads
Notes:
Vino has found another wonderful wine, while at low price, so well done Jim!

Pale gold in colour, this wine offers an amazingly aromatic nose full of pine apple, green apple, mangoes and a touch of citrus, pure perfume, nice and fresh.

The palate is a bit bitter to start with, fresh and offering medium to long length.  Almonds, pears, and pineapple are very well combined to offer a great pleasure for the drinker.

This is a vivid, crisp, fresh wine, which goes great with Vietnamese weather and traditional food.

Smoked, salmon, pho ga, seafood and salads pair well with this lovely wine
