This is an amazing Champagne wine, the colour is bright and vivid.

Both the nose and palate bring you some lemons, with a delicate touch of biscuits and butter. Very elegant, and pleasure not only to drink but to look at, with very small delicate bubbles.

If you want to impress someone with a beautiful, yet inexpensive, Champagne, you should try this one.

Pierlant Brut Rose, France

Wine: Pierlant Brut Rose
Producer: CDL
Region: Landiras
Country: France
Colour: Rose
Year: N/A
Grape: N/A
Supplier: N/a
Price (VND): 250.000
Points: 83/100
Pairs well with: A
Notes:
This was an amazing discovery (considering the price!), which I bought in a small shop off Nguyen Van Troi a few months back, unfortunately I bought the last 5 bottles, however I am sure that is still available somewhere else in the city, so if you find it, I would appreciate that you let me know.

This sparkling rose from France has a dark salmon colour, uniform and appealing. The nose brings leather and a hint of strawberries.

The palate is delicate, with more leather, strawberries, and some lemons, smooth and nice, with a not too long finish, but very pleasant.

This sparkling wine goes into my category of “dangerous wines” as it is so pleasant that is too easy to drink and when you realise, the bottle is gone!
