Beautiful pale salmon colour.

The nose is absolutely gorgeous lychees, citrus and elder flowers.

On the palate is crisp and fresh, with lots of lychees, grapefruit and an elegant silky finish, very fresh and crisp with great length. A real pleasure to drink.


Great pair with Mediterranean salds, feta cheese, brie, seafood and oysters.

This wine is produced in the Mediterranean part of France. With a very chill pale light yellow colour, the nose delivers white flowers, citrus and a hint of honey.


On the palate is very fresh and crispy, light minerality and right balance of acidity, it is an ideal pair for shellfish. I am having it with steam stone crab, and I have paired it also with clams cooked in lemongrass and chili sauce.
