On the palate is delicate and velvety, complex and round, matching the nose with lots of red fruits, mostly strawberries and raspberries, with hints of vanilla, coffee and liquorice.

This wine is a perfect match for red meats, roast chicken, game, as well as for grilled tuna, grilled shark, or even sardines, as well as with light cheeses.
