Pairs well with: Hard cheeses and beef
Notes:
This wine has a lovely dark ruby colour, consistent and deep.  The nose brings a hint of blackcurrants, dark cherries and a touch of vanilla. This is a medium to full bodied wine, bringing lots of berries to the nose.
Rounded, with not a lot of oak, brings a lot of complexity to the palate, with a lovely lasting finish.
A great complement for hard cheeses, beef steak and beef stews.
