Pairs well with: This wine is a great match for red meats, especially roasts, and also for mature and goat cheeses.
Notes:
This is a gorgeous different wine, well structured and balanced, and rather different, probably the result of an unusual grape mix: Malbec, Syrah, Grenache, merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc.

The nose is extremely aromatic, almost like perfume, bringing lots of red and black berries and cassis in particular.

On the palate is silky, delicate with medium length, repeating the berries explosion with violet tones. A fifteen minute decant will bring the best of this wine, make sure that is not served too cold.
