Pale gold uniform colour and with a light nose bringing lemons, limes and a hint of peach and grapefruit.

The palate is complex bringing a mix of peaches, ripe grapes and lychees. The finish is correct, with  light acidity and some wood, which makes it very interesting considering is unwooded.

Calamari, vegetables, smoked salmon and green olives pair perfectly with this wine
