Noe 20 Years

Wine: Noe 30 years
Producer: Gonzalez Byass
Region: Xerez
Country: Spain
Colour: Red (Black)
Year: n/a
Grape: Pedro Ximenez
Supplier: Red Apron
Price (VND): 1.800.000
Points: 95/100
Pairs well with: vanilla ice cream, blue cheese
Notes:
Ok guys, if you have never tried Pedro Ximenez sherry before, you need to get ready for an explosion of sweetness.
Unlike classic sherry, Pedro Ximenez grape ones are black (yes black!) and very thick and very sweet, as they use very old wine trees leaving the grapes to ripe on the tree hence producing the dark colour and natural sugar.
Nose brings an amazing nose and palate, very delicate and velvety, with lots of nuts and raisins, as well as ripe plumbs.
This is a dessert wine, which would really enhance a good blue cheese or vanilla ice-cream.
With 30 years maturation, you can have an idea of what to expect, incredible!
