Notes:

This is an unusual wine, a sparkling shiraz coming from Australia, and the name blackis for  a reson, as it is almost black and quite dense.

Thin bubbles are followed by a nose of blackcurrant, blueberries and red figs.

On the palate is delicate and velvety, with lots of black fruit and dark figs. Good length and very nice, gentle and easy to drink.
