Notes:
It was a surprise to find an Austrian wine in HCMC, bringing me good memories of my last visit to the wine county in Austria. When I opened the bottle, those memories came even more clear:

A difficult to pronounce label, full of mystery, gave way to a delicious wine. Bright yellow in colour, with green tonalities, the nose is an explosion of green apples, white flowers and limes.

On the palate is fresh, crisp and a bit high on acidity, delivering good length as well as lots of green apples, and white flowers on the palate; very fresh and refreshing.

Ideal pair with white asparagus, olives, raw oysters, salads or even on its own ass an aperitif.
