Pairs well with: Ideal food matches are grills, and roast, as well as medium and mature cheeses.
Notes:
This wine offers a dark cherry colour.

On the nose you will get a explosion of red fruits, mostly dark cherries, plumbs, toast and a hint of cocoa.

On the palate you can feel the fight between the shiraz and the tempranillo, which offer a great mix: plumb, dark cherries, some acidity and great complexity.

It is recommended to decant this wine 30 minutes before drinking and use a wide glass to make the most of it.

Ideal food matches are grills, and roast, as well as medium and mature cheeses.

NOTE: Although I am fully independent and impartial in all my reviews, including this one, please note that I represent this winery in Vietnam.
