Notes:

Very light, almost white, yellow colour, indicating that is probably a rather young wine (I could not find the year on the bottle!)

The nose is very soft, with some green apples and almost inexistent peaches.

The palate is also very light with apricots and lychees, very soft, and low to medium length, a bit too acidic for what I like.

I am having it with tomato and tuna salad and goes very well, it also matches perfect smoke salmon and fish carpaccio, as its lightness does not overwhelm the dishes.
