Supplier: Red Apron

Pairs well with: Pasta and read meats.
Notes:
This is a famous brand that however disappointed me even after tasting it three times.
With very ripe cherries in both nose and palate, with added oak in the palate, the wine fails to impress: too much alcohol, not enough length and a bit acidic, which makes me think this wine will benefit from being kept for another 2-4 years.
